A step-by-step comic-style guide — from SMS code to unlocking the gate and returning the key.
After a successful online booking you will receive a numeric code by SMS just before your slot starts. The code is valid only for your booking and opens the keybox by the gate, where the key to the padlock is kept. Below is a photo walkthrough of what to do.
Shortly before your booking starts the reservation system sends you an SMS with a numeric code. The code only works during your booking window — please do not share it.
At the entrance to the courts, a black box with a touch keypad is mounted on the green post. Its lower part is a cover that unlocks after you enter the code.
Tap anywhere on the touch surface with your finger. The keypad lights up and shows digits 0 – 9 plus the ✱ and # symbols.
Type in the full code you received by SMS. Press each digit lightly — the keypad is touch-sensitive and reacts to a soft touch.
After entering the whole code, confirm with the hash key (#). You will hear a short beep and the motor releases the lower cover.
When pressing #, use your other hand to gently push down on the top of the box. A spring underneath pushes against the lock — without easing that pressure the motor sometimes can't release the cover, even with the correct code.
Flip the lower cover open — inside you will find three keys. The key on the ring is for the padlock on the gate. The blue and red keys are for the toilets — men's and women's.
Use the key to open the blue padlock on the chain at the gate. Leave the padlock and chain hanging — you will need them again when you finish playing.
When you are done, thread the chain back through the gate, snap the padlock shut and return the key to its original place inside the keybox. Close the lower cover of the keybox — it locks automatically.
If the SMS did not arrive, the code does not work or the keybox is giving you trouble, please call us. We want to get you on the court.
